The 'Marshalling Yard' row aligner devised by Crafty Tech's Adrian Marshall (whilst working for RHM technology), was made a 'Millennium Product' by the Design Council in 2000

TSB / Innovate UK Award

 

Crafty Tech Director Adrian Marshall receiving a TSB grant from the Jim Paice, Minister of State for Agriculture and Food at the Houses of Parliament, as part of the Farming Food and drink ’Innovate for growth’ Award.

 

This grant was to support the design and building of a demonstration version of Crafty Tech's novel 3d shaping system.

Public lectures

 

Invited to present a talk entitled 'Marshalling, steering and sorting' at the Institute of Physics, East Anglia Branch meeting held in Cambridge.

 

Food Innovation Network award

 

Crafty Tech has secured Innovate UK KTN 'Innovation Voucher' backing at a 'Dragons den' style event at the Food Industry Innovation 2018 conference. 

 

This is to support the development of a novel retrofittable row realignment system for  re-establishing order on production lines.

 

The award is cash plus an in-kind contribution from Campden BRI, which will sit alongside the supply of test conveyors and backing from a food manufacturer.
