In staged and reviewed pieces of work designed to build confidence and control risk.

 

Typically these would include:

 

Site visits / consultancy to really understand and define the need.

 

Feasibility work including rigs to demonstrate any ‘Crafty elements’.

 

Detailed machine design.

 

Prototype manufacture, commissioning, training etc.

 

Ø      Patent protection (if appropriate).

 

Ø      Roll out of new process across factory sites.

 

We use TRIZ and other problem solving tools to complement our practical experience to produce groundbreaking but appropriate solutions.
